DESIGN CONSULT
Design fee: $150 (1 hour call or In-home visit)

Call or meet with me regarding your design challenges, questions and/or decorating ideas. Show me the furniture, accessories, or materials you are considering and I will give you my advice.

During this hour you could ask questions like:

  • What style of window treatment should I look for?

  • What size art work would look best on this wall?

  • What style/size of rug fits in this area?

  • How do I arrange the furniture in my space?

  • What can I do to make this bedroom feel more complete?

The Designer on Call service does NOT include any concept boards, or floor plans. It is solely for advice, consulting, and suggestions for your home. This consult is limited to one hour, additional time spent will be billed at an hourly rate.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN

Design Fee: Flat rate or Hourly based on the Project Scope & Complexity.

Research, Development, Procurement, and Installation. A turn key interior design service where I am there from start to finish.

This service includes:

  • Budget formulation - whether you have an initial budget, or you need help creating one. I can prepare an estimated (high & low) budget for you.

  • Floor plan - furniture planning & placement.

  • Optional revisions.

  • Furniture selection and purchasing.

  • Management of order tracking, receiving, and inspection.

  • Coordination of deliveries.

  • Art and accessory selection and placement.

  • Lighting, hardware, material selections.

  • In person site visits.

  • Management of product assembly and installation.

  • Staging and styling.

VIRTUAL DESIGN

This service gives you personalized design advice plus a design concept for a room in your home. You will have a high-level vision of what you want to achieve for your room to help you complete the design on your own.

Package Includes:

  • 1 hr call or In-home consultation.

  • 1 initial room design concept (with two revisions).

  • Furniture selection.

  • Furniture planning/ placement.

  • Art and Accessory selection.

  • Installation instructions.

  • A clickable Shopping List with Vendor Links to purchase that fits within your budget.

INTERIOR DESIGN / CONSULTING

Design Fee: Hourly or Flat Rate - based on the Project.

Following the Initial in-person meeting we will determine what Fee Structure best aligns with you and the requirements of your project.

COMMERCIAL DESIGN

Design Fee: Flat Rate Design Fee based on the Sq. Footage of the Project and its Complexity.
